What allows the team members to build trusting relationships, be innovative and resolve complex problems and more, without ever seeing each other. What are the Eight Habits of Highly Effective Virtual Team Members that glue this all together on a daily basis. This presentation talks about how a virtual team was implemented in ExxonMobil IT department and what were the key success factors in shifting the culture to embrace virtual teams.
